This IBC cage frame bending machine is a part of the IBC frame production line. It is used to bend the tube mesh after welding.

Bent beam
Adopting CNC machining for bending beams to ensure bending angles Each mold on the bending beam can be adjusted up and down by approximately 3mm to increase the bending range The 120 degree mold design makes each bending angle smoother.
Bending frame
The rectangular shaped frame adopts thicker steel columns and a door shaped cover plate, making the machine firm and stable.
Hydraulic station
Apply IBC bending machine to the bending of IBC tube mesh, and bend it to required size of (1200 ± 5mm) × (1000 ± 5mm) rectangular frame.
