Client: Company A*i**o, a well-known household goods manufacturer in Russia
Project Background: This client has been collaborating with us since 2018, consistently requiring new product development each year. In 2022, they necessitated the production of a new drawer wire basket product. They requested a customized production line, following their drawings and production volume requirements, from raw materials to finished products. The target was to manufacture 450-500 units per day (8 hours).

Initially, the client provided us with all their product drawings and sent samples for reference. They also shared videos of production lines seen at other factories, providing our engineering team with valuable insights. The production line we designed aimed not only to meet their production volume requirements but also to maximize automation, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. This project posed a completely new challenge for us. Currently, there are very few manufacturers in China capable of producing this wire basket production line equipment.
After thorough study of physical samples and drawings, our engineering team has largely determined the production process for this product. Additionally, by visiting factories producing similar products and liaising with material suppliers, we have gained a comprehensive understanding of how raw materials are processed and the entire production process for this product.
The General Manager organized the engineering team to initiate the project and, as per the client's request, customized a complete presentation outlining the production line process and conceptual design diagrams for each piece of equipment. Simultaneously, a comprehensive cost estimation for the entire project was provided. The formulation of the entire plan took approximately seven days.
After receiving the proposed plan, the client engaged in video conferences and phone calls with us. Our engineering team elaborated on the design concepts of the plan to the client, while the client provided their feedback and suggestions to our team. The entire process of plan discussions lasted approximately one month. During this period, our engineering team revised the plan three times to align with the client's preferences, ultimately reaching an ideal solution.
Upon finalizing the technical proposal, the client proceeded to sign contracts and technical agreements with us. Following the mutual signing, the client arranged the deposit payment. Upon receiving the deposit, we commenced equipment production, spanning approximately three months for the entire project. This encompassed 25 pieces of equipment and 7 sets of molds in various sizes.
After completing the equipment, as per the client's request, we procured the raw materials and proceeded with the production. Once the testing was successfully completed, we notified the client to visit the factory for acceptance inspection. Upon passing the inspection, we scheduled the shipment
