Customer Requirement
1. Use robot to replace labor force for welding. Manual loading and unloading of product. One time fixing of the product onto the fixture. 2.Workpiece material: galvanized steel, wall thickness: 0.8-1.2mm; Size: 584x400mm 3.The workpiece should be welded alternately on overlap sides and request to reduce the deformation. The flatness of the workpiece should be +/-1mm. 4. Try to make Less mark on the outer surface of the product.

Spot Welding Robot Gun

The welding transformer is installed behind the welding gun,so the transformer of spot welding robot must be miniaturized as much as possible .The opening and closing of the electrode holder can be adjusted according to the condition of the workpiece ,and the pressure of closing and pressing of the electrode holder can also be adjusted ,greatlu reducing the welding cycle of the welding spot.
