Insufficient penetration of solder can result in too low welding speed. There are three main reasons:

First, the welding pressure is too high, resulting in too little contact resistance and insufficient heat to melt and flow the solder. The solution is to reduce welding pressure;

The second reason is that the welding current and welding time are too short, the heat generated is too low, and the time is not enough to allow the solder to flow and penetrate fully. The solution is to increase welding flow and extend welding time.

The third reason is that the composition ratio of the solder is less suitable than the material for the welding workpiece. The solution is to replace the suitable solder.
