The solution is to extend the prepressure time or increase the welding pressure.
Second, the reason for the late splash is that when the melting core grows, the welding pressure is too small, which causes the fused core metal to spew out and overburn, which is mainly reflected in the splash when the spot welding cycle is nearing completion. The solution is to increase the welding pressure of the spot welder or reduce the welding current.
