This handheld spot welder is designed with large platform .This machine composes of 1 set 50K AC pulse welding power , handheld welding gun and welding platform and so on. Adopt manual holding welding gun to operate . Manually place work piece on the platform and positioning cylinder will fix work piece through lever principle and then operator holds the welding gun to weld it. This machine structure is simply but flexible, specially for welding metal panel without visible trace on back side to improve product quality.

Main Features

Machine Frame:It adopts enhanced special design steel frame with C structure. The gravity reasonably ensures strength and stability of the machine frame when at high speed running.

Handheld welding gun mechanism: adopt handheld welding gun structure, light weight, 600mm as whole length , reasonable handheld way. Manual holding is flexible.

Welding Platform: adopt cylinder or high-speed clamper and lever principle to fix work piece to guarantee positioning requirement for welding. Loading materials is convenient and flexible.

Welding power: adopt 1 set of 50KVA special resistance welding transformer as the welding power source. Single-spot welding. Continuous duty cycle rate is 50%; the output current is larger than 21000A. The executive standard is GB/15578-2008; the magnetic permeability of forced temperature control cooling water silicon steel sheet is larger than 12000GS; special cooling water subloop; It can ensure the output welding current of the whole machine is constant and powerful in order to obtain high quality, high efficiency, stable welding spots.

Welding Control System: Adopt the self-developed intelligent microcomputer quick response touch controller, all-digital control, simple and clear operational interface. Automatic testing and compensation which could guarantee the situation that the machine will be at work only when the current value is in the preset data so as to ensure the stability of welding effect and effective prevention of undesirable phenomena like loose welding and cold joint.
