we design one set of automatic device that suitable for wire bending  The equipment adopts 3D bending to complete the hook and the radian of iron wire, the wire diameter is 8 mm, the length of wire 680 mm. The equipment can complete automatic wire feeding, automatic bending, automatic cutting, automatic discharging, only need to put the wire coil onto the wire feeder. The device can realize the automatic moving and automatic reverse of the product. It can improve the efficiency and reduce the production cost. Besides, the problem of unstable quality and low production efficiency caused by pure manual operation has been solved.

When it has wireless, broken,wrapped wire,automatic shutdown design and wire frame automatic function to make production more easily and efficiently.

The product applicable to the production: car seat suspension spring, sun visor skeleton,car door locks rod, handicraft metal wire, sanitary ware cutlery stand,

storage cage, shopping carts and other wire molding equipment.

Working Process:

• Put the wire coil onto the fixture manually
• Put the wire coil in the wire feeding wheel and clamp it
• Wire feeding wheel wire will made the wire coil straightening and delivery to the forming mechanism according to the procedures set
• Forming mechanism rising and bent thread into a hook
• Wire feeding wheel continue to send wire to the radian bending position
• Forming mechanism bent the wire into a radian according to the procedures set
• Turn head down
• Wire feeding wheel continue to delivery
• The cutter cut the wire according to the procedures setting
• The equipment work in cycle.
