The HWASHI CNC 3 Axis Servo Sink Seam Welding Machine is a specialized automated solution engineered to deliver flawless, high-strength seams for stainless steel kitchen sink bowls, a critical component in kitchen utensil manufacturing. Rated at 160kVA, it addresses the unique challenge of welding thin-gauge stainless steel from 0.8 mm to 2.0 mm while maintaining airtight, leakproof joints.

• High Frequency Resistance Seam Welding: Servo-driven welding wheel concentrates heat precisely along curved or straight seams to produce overlapping molten weld cores with a fully sealed joint.
• Large Flat Copper Platform Electrode: A large flat copper table guarantees stable, uniform conductivity and minimizes heat distortion on thin stainless steel sheets.
• Adaptive Current Control: Welding parameters adjust in real time according to material type (SS304 / SS316) and seam length, ensuring consistent weld strength with shear strength of 300 MPa or more.
• Smooth Post-Weld Surface: Surface roughness of Ra ≤ 0.8 μm is achieved directly after welding, eliminating manual grinding and polishing steps.
