Electrical Welding Machine for Welding and Cutting of Copper Braided Wire

DESCRIPTION

This machine is designed to complete the process of welding and cutting automatically as per customer requirement.

The shape of welding and length of cutting could be adjusted through program. The welding length is 60-100mm (adjustable). It can weld 4- 14 wires. The dimension of welding (width and length) is maximum 8x10mm and minimum 4x4.5mm (adjustable).

Through the feeding system-wire output wheel, the braid wire enters into the welding center to complete the process of feeding wire. Then the wire output system stop working, the welding forming device start working to press the wire on the preset position. The cylinder will press down to complete the welding. Next, the stay wire cylinder start to output the wire to preset length. When reaching the preset value, the cutting device starts cutting the wire. At last, the stay wire cylinder starts to pull out the completed wire and put it into the discharging box.

FEATURES

1. The key point of design is the welding power source. Since area of the wire after welding is large, the three-phase secondary rectifying power source is adopted to ensure the stability of welding. It can output direct current to weld.
2. The slide way is controlled by the feeding cylinder. The speed of feeding is adjustable while the feeding length could be adjusted randomly through setting the magnet switch.
3. It contains 14 sets of material feeding plate at most. They could be used randomly according to the requirement of product. The only thing that needs to be done is to adjust the parameter.
4. Adopt digital PLC control wiring. It is equipped with double functions of automatic protection and correcting. It makes the quality of product stable, reliable and precise in order to ensure the process of full automatic welding.
5. The max stay wire length is 100mm. The blade adopts cylinder direct drive operation mode.
6. There is voltage compensation function built-in in the control circuit to ensure the fluctuation of power is within the range of ±15%. It will compensate the current immediately to ensure the stability of welding current.
7. Good human-machine connector to make the operation interface simple and clear.
8. There is automatic failure alarming procedure built-in in the system to ensure the percent of pass of product.
9. Water cooling function can prolong the service life of welding tip so as to guarantee the quality of product.
