Product Overview

The MF DC Inverter Spot Welder is an advanced welding system that converts three-phase power supply through specialized inversion to 1000Hz AC voltage. This is transmitted to a medium frequency transformer where current is rectified to supply DC welding current. The technology significantly reduces iron core material energy requirements by increasing transformer frequency from standard 50/60Hz to 1000Hz. The commutation diode in the transformer subloop converts electrical energy to DC power for welding, dramatically improving inductance coefficient while minimizing production costs.
