This machine is customized to rivit and mark Motor Spacer . It can complete automatic assembly ,automatic riviting , automatic detection, automatic laser marking, automatic discharge processes.
This motor spaces has four pieces of panel. This machine adopts ten working stations and includes machine frame, automatic mechanical arm , automatic rotary table, four riviting systems, four rivits automatic feeding system and controller.
Feeding way adopts manual feeding and automatic mechanical arm feeding. The ten stations is composed of four feeding stations, three riviting stations ,laser marking station and discharging station and standby station.
Specially, the discharging system is equipped with automatic visual sensor system to detect if the position of product 's hole is correct.
Automatic Rotating Device: Adopt Taiwan TECO servo motor with 800mm rotating table, simple adjustment, quick response, high control precision, powerful driving. This device can be matched with other auxiliary devices to complete the automatic cycle work.
Automatic Discharging Device: Use the cylinder to jack up the welded work piece. It will coordinate with the external signals transmission system to ensure the action is normal.
Welding Control System: Adopt the self-developed intelligent microcomputer quick response touch controller, all-digital control, simple and clear operational interface.
